Shinji Kagawa has no future with Borussia Dortmund after the return of his loan to property. Instead, the Japanese seems to be contemplating a change in La Liga.
According to the radio station “Cadena Ser” Kagawa hopes that the renowned advisor Arturo Canales can accommodate him at a Spanish top club. Canales also represents stars such as Piquet and Ivan Rakitic of FC Barcelona.
According to the report, talks with Guti, a former Real Madrid professional and today’s Besiktas co-coach, Kagawa, have convinced him to continue his career in the Iberian Peninsula. Kagawa’s supposed to be ready for even too substantial salary cuts. However, the names of specific interested parties do not (yet) run.
Already in the summer 2018, the 30-year-old gamemaker made love with a transfer to Spain. At that time, however, it was said that Kagawa only wanted to go to Real Madrid, Atletitico Madrid or FC Barcelona. However, all three top clubs had no need for the first, 75-metre-long dribble artists.
Kagawa also makes the foreign rule in the highest Spanish league more difficult to transfer. There, the clubs can have up to five non-EU foreigners in their ranks, only three of them can be in place at the same time.
Kagawa’s BVB contract is still up to 2020. In the planning of Coach Lucien Favre, however, the audience favorite no longer plays a role. In terms of compensation, the Dortmund players are expected to meet the 97-time national player. At first Kagawa at BVB allegedly earns five million euros a year.
